Liqueurs are always a fun idea, but sometimes it seems like you'll never use the whole bottle once you get it home. Here's a fun recipe for an easy cocktail that evokes Valentine's Day, wedding showers, or a way to calm pre-nuptial jitters. It also works well if you simply love floral flavors or walking through a beautiful garden in bloom. The Red Rose: 3 oz Prosecco, the drier the better 1 and 1/2 oz red, bitter apertif (My current favorite is Forthave Aperitivo, but feel free to experiment!) 1/2 oz Combier Rose Liqueur A splash of club soda to taste. Build this cocktail as you would any other spritzer and enjoy!
