Perricone is the name of the grape. "Cone" in Sicilian dialect means "heart". The vineyard where this grape grows is the shape of an heart. ...Romantic...!...And the wine produced is ruby red in color and it has notes of fruit preserves, spices, cocoa and licorice. A full body wine, with, at the same time, freshness and a delicious, long finish on the palate. Pair it with red meat or cheese!
