Aged for 20 years in wooden casks gaining a "rancio" style of old Banyuls. Banyuls is a fortified wine from the Roussillon area of southern France. Sweet, tangy, and made from indigenous grapes of the region. A rarity and dessert in and of itself or will marry well with roasted nuts alongside a cheese plate.
