Staff Pick Notes

It’s hard to tell with Mezcal but this is actually quite old. The Tepeztate agave that made this was matured for 25 years before being harvested. The end result is a spirit with an evocative aroma and a well of complex flavors. The flavors will change as you let the spirit open up in the glass, with notes of spearmint, plantains, guava, ginger, camphor, and eucalyptus. So sit down, let your eyes roll back, and become ensorcelled.
