A rare cellar bottling from traditional-to-the-core producer, Cavallotto. The Bricco Boschis is their monopole and is a site full of calcareous clay soils. This is from an excellent vintage, was aged in large oak casks and has been resting in bottle ever since its release well over twenty years ago.
