Benje Blanco is sourced from several old-vines of untrained, pie franco parcels of the native white grape Listan Blanco. Aged for 8 months in a mix of concrete vessels and old French barriques. Benje Blanco is a high-toned white wine, showing its volcanic terruño with smoky notes. High acid wines like these flourish at the table.
