The Saperavi grape is the pride and joy of Georgia and their most well known red wine. Always inky red in color, this wine was fermented in the traditional clay vessel called qvevri and then transfered into stainless steel tank. A formidable, full-bodied red wine that is structured with tannins, dry extract and fruit. Surely, the anthocyanins are high on this wine .
