Made from a base of 100% British wheat spirit, this gin resembles the flagship with a twist. A higher bottling proof and the inclusion of Cassia Bark, and Darjeeling tea give the gin a less citrus centric profile and instead deliver more savory, herbal and spicy flavors. Vermouth is the perfect foil and while good all around, this gin does its best work in a classic Martini.

If you're looking for a subtle, nuanced, and savory gin this is for you. The nose has white, green and hints at black tea notes, subdued citrus, delicate spice, and earthy, herb notes. On the palate there is a stimulating spice element that leads to floral aromas that waft through the retro-nasal cavity. This is an ideal Martini Gin for me. I like this shaken with ice a lemon twist. This company is bringing back distilling roots to the East End of London.
