This comes from Óbidos - a sub-appellation of Lisboa. This is a blend of the local Touriga Nacional grape alongside Syrah. This is a fuller-bodied red wine that has been aged in French demi-muids giving a distinct cedar aroma however just lightly marked. One could say this is a more international style of winemaking - more overt fruit however truly fresh and pleasurable to drink glass after glass. A wine that over-delivers.
