A Cabernet Franc from the Rancho Rocoso vineyard in Bennet Valley in Sonoma County. The soils here are volcanic lending a mineral structure that gives freshness on the palate. The fruit is luscious and the wine was aged in French oak - some of which was new - which complements the structure of this gorgeous red wine.
