Pinot Meunier from a select 1.16 hectare plot of vines that are planted in the village of Basilieux-sous-Châtillon in the Marne Valley. The vineyard is southeast facing and the base vintage is 2017. With zero dosage, this is dry and ideal at the table with delicate foie gras or wild mushroom risotto. For dry Brut Nature Champagnes, we recommend not over chilling the bottle as the aromas are vibrant with just a cellar chill.
