Known as the other official vermouth from this famed French alpine village, after Dolin, Comoz is also regarded as the creator of the first Blanc style, dating back to the late 19th Century. True to form, while today you can find many blanc vermouths, Comoz is drier in style with an equal balance of stone fruits, herbs, bitters and botanicals, many sourced from the local mountains.
