Oka Kura Japanese Bermutto Sake Vermouth

Created at the Tsutsumi distillery in Kumamoto, by far one of Japan's most revered distillers with over a century worth of experience making the highest quality traditional disitillates of Japan. The base for this Bermutto is junmai sake fortified with shochu made from 100% rice and the crystal pure water of the local Kura river. Additional Japanese botanicals including Yuzu, Kabosu, Sansho Peppercorn & Yomogi take this vermouth to another level all together. An outstanding pour that is a wonderful match for countless foods including sushi and sashimi but will also work magic mixed up as well.
