Tasting Notes

A precise, well made multi-dimensional Bourbon that is impressive in its depth after only three years in barrel. The whiskey is still grain driven at this stage but in the best way with that hi-rye spice at the core flanked by sweeter notes that reminded us on last tasting of fresh baked Clafoutis, lavender honey and caramel candied apple.
