A hand selected single barrel selected exclusively for our customers, this rare aged clairin was aged for 34 months entirely in a single first fill Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel. Distilled on June 22nd 2017, bottled April 2020 at a natural cask strength of 50.4% abv. Incredible vibrant notes of fried banana, deep vanilla, sweet herbs, Macadamia nuts, crystallized ginger and cinnamon.
