Victoria Torres Pecis now helms this 100 year old winery in La Palma in the northern part of the archipelago of the Canary Islands. This red wine is a 50/50 blend of Negramoll and Listán Negro. All fermentations are done with native yeast and are not temperature controlled allowing for great character in the final wine.
