Wow, you've definitely never had a Bourbon quite like this. In their ongoing partnership with Anson Mills, High Wire continues making highly distinctive bourbons with this heirloom grain of corn and for the first time, this special batch of nearly 3yr old spirit was finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks. Very limited availability.

Oloroso

This style of Sherry is dark, rich, full-bodied and complex. Oloroso Sherries mature in cask for up to 25 years with no flor whatsoever, and are thus directly exposed to oxygen over a long period of time.
