Florian and Georg Ramoser are the tight father-son team behind a sharply focused set of wines from schiava and lagrein, two native red varieties synonymous with the Alto-Adige region of northern Italy. "Hub" is the name of a single site at 380 meters, exclusively planted to schiava. Aged in neutral oak casks for 9 months before bottling.
