Created at the 19th century distillery on the far southern Japanese island of Okinawa, Masahiro has naturally specialized in the famed Awamori spirits the island is famous for and which forms the base of this singular gin. The double pot distilled koji fermented rice is then matched with local botanicals including guava leaves, Shekwasha Citrus fruit, fragrant and sharp roselle, Goya bittermelon and long peppers.
