The re-launch of the much sought after Clande Sotol line, Sotoleros delivers micro batches of hand made artisan sotol that is among the best stuff being bottled today. This batch was made by Vinateros Lalo and Nando completely by hand from Dasylirion Leiophyllum plants with a total yield of 90 liters for the entire batch. A heady mix of sweet herbs, sand and hints of game give way to summer melons and chalky minerality for an overall nuanced and elegant sipping sotol. Exceptional.
