Semi-Dry Sparkling Apple Mead "Cyser", Kite & String - 2018

Item # 44361 750mL

A rare and highly limited blend of apples and honey, producing a cider with high alcohol and a distinct honey flavor. What constitutes a good life? Everyone's answer is different, of course, so the key question is how close are you to actually living it? Melissa Madden and Garrett Miller, the makers of this fine, sparkling apple cider mead, would seem to have complete overlap between dream and reality. After all, they are the founders of Good Life Farm/Good Life Cider in the Finger Lakes where they raise turkeys, grow organic strawberries, peaches, and apples, and make great ciders. This sparkling blend of cider and mead is an absolute charmer, full of lovely ripe apple and honey (a bit like apple butter on toast) and a faint hint of sweetness. It's light and delicate, ideal for picnics, appetizers, or toasting all the good things in life.
