From a .5 hectare, single parcel, La Madone, has old vines (60-90 years) that are planted on slopes of pink granite soils at 400 m. The grapes are hand-harvested and farmed without any chemicals. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts of whole clusters in concrete and then aged in old oak. Bottled with minimal SO2.
