This metodo classico is produced in the Champagne method, and is the Terrevive estate's only attempt to do so. The wine spends two years on the lees and is disgorged without any dosage. Dry, with fine bubbles, and a bevy of of complex aromas, orchard fruits and exotic spice, this is a sparkling wine for many occasions. Pair with a rich pasta dish with pork sauce.
