Chandra Kurt starts her vinification projects by first understanding the vineyards in which her vines grow. As a prominent Swiss wine expert, she puts her vast knowledge into practice with this foray into one of the emblematic wines of the Valais, and Switzerland as a whole. The vines are around 40 years of age, and the wine is made with minimal intervention. A blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Gamay, this aromatic dry red in vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel. Pair with pork in mushroom sauce, and Tête de Moine.
