Made with the same local fragrant rice varietals and pristine waters of Kyushu Island in the south of Japan, that form the base of Kikori Whisky, a once a year seasonal harvest of Yuzu fruit is combined with local sugar beets and Australian sugar cane to make this excellent multi-purpose liqueur.
