The Mallo family extends its environmentally conscience beyond its vineyards and also works to preserve the habitats and population of these beautiful birds. A classic interpretation of this traditional Alsace variety, this dry white has citrus, stone fruit, and sweet spice aromas. Pair this with tarte flambée.
