Rising from the ashes one of one of the greatest former distilleries in America, the Old Taylor Castle, dating back to the original golden era of American Whiskey in the late 19th Century, this is the first, long awaited improbable release of whiskey by the new tenants. Since beginning to lay down barrels in 2016, limited batches of ryes are blended, bottled and released and stocks mature and hit certain flavor profile standards. Made from a mash of 63% rye, 17% yellow corn and 20% malted barley. This is one of the most exciting American Whiskey releases of the decade so far.
