Don't let the adorable felines on these labels fool you - these are serious whiskies (although we love the cats too of course). Each year a new edition is released and affectionatly named after one of the family's cats. This 6th Edition features a blend of whiskies aged in ex-Bourbon, Sherry and new American oak and then finished in Port Pipes. What might sound like a lot of oak all comes together for something more than the sum of its parts, something the Hombo family are masters at. Extremely limited release with only 1,140 bottles for the world.
