Half-Bottle of Rochelt Annia's Gin

Item # 45299 375mL

Perhaps the most unexpected and exquisite gin you are likely to encounter. The base for this gin already begins with one of the rarest spirits we know, a vintage eau de vie of Gravenstein Apples that has been rested for a minimum of ten years before being redistilled with juniper to create this singular spirit. Absolutely stunning. Available in extremely limited supply.

Staff Pick Notes

Alexander Rainer is a man of singular vision: to make the best possible eau de vie using only the finest fruit picked at peak ripeness. The base spirit is his Gravenstein apple eau de vie that's been aged in glass demijohns for 10 years, which he then re-distilled with nothing more than juniper. That's it. Two ingredients. The scent evokes a walk through a pine forest in the winter, while a touch of apple stem comes though on the palate. It's crystalline, cool, textural, and unlike any gin you'll ever have.
