Decant as the residual carbon dioxide is prominent on the palate. Adjara is the mythological homeland of Medea, and abuts the Black Sea. Chkhaveri is one of the indigenous grapes of the region, which enjoys a warm climate due to its oceanic proximity. This dark-hued pink grape produces light-bodied and colored red wines, and this fruity, light red is deliciously aromatic with red fruits and sweet spices. Pair with chicken satsivi.
