A blend of Tannat and Petit Manseng that is as low intervention as possible. The Tannat is de-stemmed and then macerates with the Petit Manseng skins. Natural fermentation occurs in stainless steel, and transferred to used oak for several months' aging. This is a fresh, dry, medium-bodied red wine with black fruit and spice aromas. Pair with a classic asado spread.
