A white wine that's a blend based mostly (80%) on Chardonnay and Savagnin. Aged in old barrels for 3 years and topped up (ouillé) to not allow for the development of flor or the veil of yeast called "voile". Nonetheless, you're in the region of the Jura and although this is ouillé, the wine is clearly dry, saline even and is marked with fresh nut and floral aromas.
