Wine made from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides in the vineyard.

Tasting Notes

A blend of Welschriesling, Riesling, and Chardonnay, vinified entirely in stainless steel. Medium-bodied, aromatic, and with good structure and acidity. The soils in Eisenberg are a unique mix of volcanic and schist, offering plenty of minerality. Pair this dry white with roast chicken and chermoula.
