This new distillery in the heart of Dublin takes its ques from the old traditions, including the 18th Century former tannery building it is located in. This beautiful pure, expressive blended malt and grain whiskey has been aged for a minimum of six years and bottled at cask strength. Notes include chamomile, clover honey, baked apples, ginger and nutmeg. The whiskey is light on its feet and well balanced, even at this proof. Great with some branch water or even better for mixing.
