Bruno Rochard does just about everything himself, even gradually reducing the size of his vineyards to increase quality. One quarter of his vines are Cabernet Franc, and this is a red-fruited, and savory expression, with a touch of ripe peppers. Medium-bodied with light tannins, this dry red pairs well with pork and pepper stir-fry.
