Vidiano is a native grape to the island of Crete. The grapes were fermented with native yeasts in tank. This full-bodied white wine is reminiscent of a white Rhône Valley wine with aromas of yellow plums, apricots and mineral. Pair with Yemista - a classic dish of stuffed, roasted tomatoes.
