This family estate was founded in 1853, and Gilbert Perrier and his son Gilles carry on the tradition. Entirely Jacquère, this comes from a parcel with lower elevation and the terrain is flatter. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this medium-bodied dry white had refreshing acidity, and citrus and floral aromas. Pair with tartiflette.
