A piquette made from Piquette rouge, Blaufränkisch, and Chambourcin, this is not technically a wine. Grape pomace is mixed with water and the remaining sugars are fermented, resulting in a light and refreshing beverage. This is acidulated with verjus, and is lower in alcohol. Enjoy with dry piquette with fish tacos.
