This structured and complex dry red is made from Limniona vines of up to 22 years of age. Fermented with indigenous yeast, it ferments in large wooden tanks, and then ages for a year in amphorae. Fresh, yet dense and medium-bodied, this dark-fruited red pairs well with lamb stifado.
