A single vineyard bottling is rare in the world of Tokaji, but Disznóko's wines are all estate-harvested and bottled. This blend of Furmint, Zéta, and Hárslevelu is sweet, yet the acidity keeps it in check. Aged in partially new oak, aromas of peaches, tropical fruit, and sweet spices intermingle with the savory flavors from botrytis. Pair with a pâté en croûte, and some aged cheese.
