Tasting Notes

This light-bodied dry red is a blend of Carignan and Riesling. The Carignan is carbonically macerated, and the Riesling sees 2 days on the skins. These two cuvées are blended and co-fermented together. A bit of a hybrid of a light chillable red, with the structure of a skin contact white, this is extremely fresh and energetic. Pair with a summer afternoon at Fort Tilden.
