A red Pét-Nat made with the pomace of the local Rösler grape alongside some young vines Grüner Veltliner recalling the ripasso method. The grapes are macerated together and then pressed into used acacia barrels until the next harvest. The fresh must of the new vintage starts the secondary bottle fermentation which gives this playful red its effervescence. Fresh, lower in alcohol at 10%, and quite the lunchtime wine or aperitivo.
