From the commune of Lapio, the ancestral homeland of Fiano, this dry white comes from a small parcel on some of the grape's greatest terroir. Up to 30 year-old Fiano is vinified and aged in steel, with additional bottle aging before release. Pair this dry, floral, and toasty white with shrimp risotto.
