Tasting Notes

Bertholdi is a red wine that's made from a single vineyard parcel of 70 year old Blaufränkisch vines. The fruit was hand-harvested and then pressed slowly over the course of two days with an ancient tree press. Robust. complex and rustic all at once. Pair with some baby lamb chops.
