Ready-to-drink cocktails are becoming popular. I agree, sometimes you want a cocktail but you don't want to commit to a full bottle of spirit. There are also a lot of wine drinkers who occasionally enjoy a "stronger" drink. The quality of what we called "ready to drink" cocktails increased drastically recently. This Bulleit Manhattan tastes like the one you would get at your favorite bar...not sweet but concentrated. Its straight rye whisky, vermouth and bitters are very well balanced together. To be enjoyed straight up or with a couple of ice cubes in front of your tv watching your favorite series!
