Muscat Bailey A is a hybrid bred specifically for Japan's unique climate in the 1920s. Domaine Tetta's offering comes from the estate's oldest vineyards, and is a dry, fresh red, with light tannic structure and good acidity. The grapes were destemmed, and spent 30 days macerating. Afterwards the wine spent 8 months in used barrel. Pair with pork tonkatsu.
