This Franco-Kiwi project highlights old vine indigenous varieties in the Pays Catalanes. Forty year-old Muscat à Petits Grains grown on schist soils come from a single vineyard. This medium-bodied, dry, skin contact white is fermented and aged in foudre. Pair with calçots with romesco.
