Falanghina del Sannio, "Svelato", Terre Stregate - 2022

750 mL
Item # 47380

This Falanghina from chalky clay soils of Guardiesi Hills is fermented and aged on the lees entirely in stainless steel. Medium-bodied, dry, with good acidity, and tropical fruit and white flower aromas, it is certainly bewitching to say the very least. From the "haunted lands" that give the winery its name, this will pair well with a heaping plate of pasta, just as Strega Nona intended.
