This 100% Grenache cuvée was sourced from a friend of the Puzelats in Roussillon, owing to the extremely challenging vintage. The wine was made at their estate in typical fashion, semi-carbonic maceration with whole clusters, and the wine spend 8 months in demi-muids. Pair this medium-bodied dry red with braised lamb with green olives and orange zest.
