Kakheti is Georgia's winemaking center, and it produces the most emblematic wines of this ancient country. Mtsvane is one of the more commonly grown white varieities, and its name means green. This wine spent 5 months on the skins in qvevri, and has the hallmark dried stone fruit and black tea aromas with medium structure. Pair with chakhokhbili.
